Comments: Weebly charged my credit card after I transferred my site away (to a cheaper option). I did not get all my money back and the staff were rude about it, justifying the result by saying that they were a small company.

Comments: Its pretty good at what it does, but you cant actually build from scratch on it, it forces you to use one of its templates. Its more of a site builder than a hosting service, and so cant really be used if youre writing up your own site.
